10.0The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was well maintained, and all the appliances were in excellent condition. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with a convenient bus stop providing easy access to both the city centre and the university. We stayed during an exceptionally intense heatwave, but despite the very high temperatures, the house remained comfortable and was equipped with brand-new fans, which made a real difference. A special thanks to Dominic, an outstanding host. He was always available, attentive, and responded immediately whenever we needed anything, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

7.0L’emplacement de la maison est vraiment bien, des lignes de bus à 1 mn à pied, le centre-ville en 20 mn à pied, le Blackwater estuary à quelques minutes en voiture. La maison compte 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain, ce qui est un vrai plus.
− Il manque un séjour pour se détendre à plusieurs.
