9.0− Everythg was perfect except for expressway noise in early morning. Lucky for us cos all of us are fast sleepers. Noise only bother us abit

1.0− We had an unsatisfactory stay at this unit last night. The fees are quite high at RM604.20, which is a price point that suggests luxury or at least high-quality interior design. However, the furnishings were inferior, and the actual unit looked very different from the photos shown—not worth the price at all. To make matters worse, the owner locked one of the rooms, despite us paying for a 4-room apartment, not 3 or 2 rooms. The shampoo and body wash provided were also of very cheap quality. The air conditioning in the living room was inadequate—it wasn't cool enough for the space. This place is also inconvenient due to the lack of public transport like the MRT line. I would rather consider Equine Residence, which has a better crowd, is more convenient, and is priced much lower than this unit. Finally, the owner held my deposit until 9 PM when I had to ask for a refund instead of processing it immediately after check-out in the afternoon. They claimed they needed to check for pillow stains and deducted RM30 from my deposit. This brought the total cost to RM634.20 for one night—completely not worth it. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Please consider these issues before booking.
