Great location but limited facilities
7.0The location of the apartment was great. Underground station right opposite, which was very handy for travelling into London city. Primark, Sainsbury's, M&S foods and a variety of restaurants all within 5 mins of walking. The apartment was mostly like the pictures, a good amount of sleeping space of larger groups.
− The facilities within the apartment were limited. No mirrors in any bedrooms, the kitchen was sparsely equipped with pans not in very good condition. The few pans were there, the non stick coating was peeling off making it not safe to use. Very limited essentials like tea/coffee. We bought more supplies e.g. oil sugar etc. The wardrobes had no handles and no mats in the bathrooms (had to use towels). The main bathroom had no lock and there was a drainage smell in the ensuite. The beds and pillows were quite bad. Some beds were sunken and pillow very worn out, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The apartment was clean except for the kettle. There was water and open tea bags left in the kettle from previous stays. We had to rinse and clean before using. You can hear people walking upstairs quite clearly so if you are a light sleeper this would be annoying. Not much that the owners can do, but just a heads up.

1.0− What ever u do don’t book!! The staff have horrible communication. They will ask for personal details and still cancel your stay. If u travelling from far don’t even bother. They also make terrible excuses to cancel your booking. They also refuse to refund the money back if they cancelled ur booking just horrible
