10.0Property has a nice size. 1.5 bathrooms, handy for 3+ people. Warm apartment (was very important- it was cold outside). Well insulated - double pane windows. Backyard. Fresh air.
All in all a very nice stay
8.0Very convenient for a trip into Durham either in the car or on the bus. Property was comfortable with basic amenities.
− The crockery and glassware was not very clean and we had to wash most things before we used them. Also just a few more tiny things like hooks in the bathroom for towels, side tables in the lounge would make the space more homey and functional.

9.0Lovely location not too far from Durham and other attractions, comfy rooms and beds, lovely little house. Great communication from staff would definitely stay again!
− Carpet was full of bits and needed hoovering but nothing to be concerned over, Bin outside was overflowing, struggled to park on final night as neighbours parked in front of house, nothing major to concern.

9.0The place is very quiet, everything is clean, easy checkin and checkout, very close to durham for what we came.
− I just very sensitive for a sleeping place, spring mattresses is always a problem to me, not for my family though
