Stadtnah, geräumig und sauber 😄
7.0Bellinzona und Umgebung sind wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah an der Stadtmitte, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, hinter dem Zaun. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, für 4 Personen gut geeignet.
− Mit wenigen Griffen kann man es noch schöner machen. Das Waschbecken muss gereinigt werden, das Wasser läuft nicht ab. Die Dusche läßt sich nicht umstellen zwischen Regendusche und Handdusche. Ein Rollo fehlt ganz, das Andere läßt sich nicht arretieren. Die Tischkante ist abgeplatzt. Auf dem Balkon wächst Unkraut. Wenn ich für 4 Leute anbiete, sollten auch bitte 4 Tassen da sein. Das sind wenige Kleinigkeiten, mit denen man am Ende aber volle Punktzahl erreichen könnte, denn die Unterkunft ist sonst echt richtig gut.

It met our expectations and we'd consider staying again at this place.
8.0Spacious and quiet not too far from the city centre. You can take a bus (2-3 stops) and the hosts provide free public transport passes covering the period of the stay.

8.0Appartamento spazioso, accogliente e luminoso. Vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici
− I muri andrebbero rinfrescati (molto sporchi e segnati), armadietto in bagno attaccato al water rende l’utilizzo del water estremamente scomodo (l’armadietto non serve, andrebbe tolto). Alcuni dettagli da migliorare (stoviglie, piatti, posate)
