Great kitchen and great bathrooms

Well-equipped, but check the actual location and don’t plan on more than 4 guests.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Toiletries, kitchen supplies, and coffee were provided. Laundry detergent was provided (but the machine detergent drawer was labelled wrong!!!). The whole condo was *immaculately* clean - and I mean every nook and cranny - which deserves special recognition.

− The furniture was too big and there was too much of it in the condo. It made the space feel cramped even for just two guests! I can’t imagine what it would be like to have four people or more stay there, there would be no room to move around and it would feel like a sardine can. Dining table with EIGHT chairs and two big couches in the small living room are simply overwhelming for the tiny space. Bench in entry is an obstacle for walking in to main floor / through hallway. Shoe tray on main floor stairs landing is a tripping hazard. Rug in kitchen was a *terrible* slipping hazard. Shower head in downstairs bath needs to be replaced with a simple handheld unit, esp if the unit is to be marketed to families. No space to store food in kitchen cabinets was inconvenient and annoying. I’d rather have a less-outfitted kitchen with an empty cabinet for me to store non-perishable food purchases than have two coffee makers and every kitchen gadget imaginable. Main floor bath drain is incredibly slow, causing pooling during showers. Mirror is tiny. Door squeaks terribly. Towel rods are crooked, floor is crooked, feels like you’re drunk! Storage is not sufficient for multiple guests. Parking was difficult every night, even though we only had one car. There should be parking passes or assigned parking. Use of the condo’s assigned garage would be helpful, too. Condo community allows dogs and BBQs, even though rental company rules do not. Every day there was a dog in a nearby unit that howled and whined for hours while it was left alone. At first I thought it was a human being hurt! Also, condo owners did not follow the 10pm-7am quiet policy that the rental company publicized. Most importantly, condo location on Booking website map said the condo was 50 feet from SV Village - it is not! When I complained to condo rental company after the condo address was revealed after booking, they tried to blame “AI maps.
