− Difficult to find anything to not like but the beds were quite hard but with all the pillows it was easy to solve 😀

9.0Stunning views out to sea from the dining room (glass doors across the width of the room. Really well-equipped kitchen. Lots of room for the five of us. Everywhere very clean. Very short walk to Pagham Beach Cafe (fantastic breakfasts) and lovely walks along the beach. Great fun in the Games Room.
− The astroturf in the front garden. Bumping along the lane full of potholes to get to the property; at least it was quite a short distance and probably the condition of the lane is dependent on the owners of other properties along the lane, not just the Wow owners.
Relaxing, comfortable and stress free break by the sea.
10.0The location is amazing, very beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Everything in the property is of a high standard and the little touches when you arrive (milk, cake, chocolates and snacks) make you feel very welcome. Host is very helpful and it was much appreciated when he returned an item we had left behind. The local coop is of a good size and walking distance which makes stocking up very easy. The hot tub and games room are a great facility.
