10.0O staff do hotel era todo excelente, super simpáticos e prestáveis. Disse que era o aniversário do meu marido e eles tiveram o cuidado de preparar tudo ao pormenor, inclusive ligar para o restaurante onde íamos jantar (restaurante nada a ver com o hotel) a dizer que ele fazia anos! O quarto era excelente, grande, limpo. Nada a apontar!

9.0Ganz tolles Personal, alle sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und sehr zuvorkommend, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen auch sehr kompetent.
− - an einem Abend haben wir einen Cappuccino bestellt, die Lieferung dauerte weit über eine Viertelstunde und er kam lauwarm bis kalt an. Denke, an diesem Abend war eine Hilfskraft beschäftigt - für ein ***** Hotel absolutes no go!
