− Podría estar más limpio.

6.0La ubicacion es buenissima, la propietaria muy maja y atenta. Las instalaciones del recinto estan muy bien. La terraza un lujo y mucho juguete para los niños así como utensilios para facilitar su estancia en la isla.
− Mucho ruido durante el dia, muchissimas obras alrededor del edificio. Faltaban utensilios de cocina como pinzas o algunos estaban rotos como la cafetera. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a esa parte de la vivienda. El resto de la vivienda esta muy bien equipada.

10.0Apartamento nuevo y cómodo. Zonas comunes súper cuidadas y limpias. Piscina enorme y siempre en perfectas condiciones. No olvidar la plaza de Garaje. Que aunque no había problema para aparcar por los alrededores, viene genial. Ni se puede pedir más
