The property was relatively clean, in a good location, and felt safe with 24/7 security.

− Our experience with this property and management was disappointing overall. Check-in was poorly managed. Instructions were unclear, and we had to call upon arrival at night to obtain the necessary details, which should have been provided in greater detail in advance. This made for a stressful start to our stay. There were several issues which significantly impacted our comfort. Most notably, there was no reliable hot water. The system would not heat up in the mornings, meaning there was no possibility of even a lukewarm shower before around 10am. In the afternoons, the water would become hot, but only enough for two people to have very short showers before it ran out completely. An electrician was sent to inspect the system; however, we were told there was “no issue,” despite the problem continuing throughout our stay. The general upkeep of the property was below expectations. The garden was quite untidy, even though a gardener attended, and it did not noticeably improve. The pool was not very warm, although it was consistently clean, which we appreciated, with maintenance visits twice a week. We were advised the property had been treated for pests; however, we encountered spiders and cockroaches during our stay. While geckos are expected in a tropical climate, the presence of other pests suggests the treatment was not effective. When we raised concerns, responses from management felt dismissive rather than helpful. Issues were minimised or described as “normal” rather than being properly addressed. Being told that another guest was satisfied was irrelevant and unprofessional.

Excellente emplacement, on se déplace très facilement dans le nord depuis la villa. Emplacement incroyable et au calme, idéal pour des vacances entre amis.

It was clean & safe

− It’s not a friendly neighborhood. We were a group pf 06 therefore we could not speak as the neighbor consider it as too loud and we have to stay inside with all the doors & windows closed. Could not enjoy the pool as we have to whisper to each other due to bad neighbor, so everyday we have to go out very early & come back late in the evening to avoid neighbor issues. The host were not welcoming & not very friendly & always taking the neighbor side without investigating the issue. This apartment at this compound should not be renting out as racism also is an issue..I will not recommend it to any groups

− This is the worst villa ever. The villa is mentioned for 6 pax and upon arrival it was only me and husband. Later on when my parents arrived, the owner called me and told me he will come and take my parents out! This is absolutely ridiculous. You pay for a villa of 6 pax and only 2 was allowed. The owner was very rude and there is no housekeeping at all. The owner even tried to charge me 200 Euro for not cleaning the villa upon check out. Extremely disappointed
