Nothing.. by far the worst stat I have ever had

− The area was very sketchy. The drive way was very steep and narrow. It was also overgrown so limbs hitting my brand new car. we ended up leaving due to the conditions of the home. One stove eye worked, the shower was raggedy, and there was not any utensils/ silverware in the kitchen except one large serving spoon. No can opener. I ended up buying bleach and a scrub brush to clean the shower. Woke up to rodent droppings on the couch and saw multiple roaches in the bedroom. At which point we decided to leave. Reached out to the host and never once got an apology etc for the conditions or our experience. 0/10!!!!

Older house with a lot of charm, but needs a lot of maintenance that has been neglected for quite some time.

The inside of the house was clean.

− The location was a little sketchy. The driveway is steep with very little room to turn around even a small SUV. The outside of the house have bonds growing up the side that are also growing through the cracks of the windows and inside the house. Overgrown, foliage and green algae on the outside table, chairs, and deck. The grill was completely unusable. The top was caved in on one side and filthy on the inside. We fought bees/wasps on the inside and outside of the house.

The house is very cute and private . I reached out to the owner, and they were responsive to my concerns.

− The house is not ckean.The stove and refrigerator are filthy, inside and out. the dishwasher is full of dishes from a previous occupant and also filthy on the outside. The kitchen garbage can is disgustingly filthy under the garbage bag. I found water bottles scattered throughout that were left behind by a previous occupant. There are ants in the kitchen and the house has mosquitoes in it. The backyard is also very dirty with dropped and rotten fruit everywhere. Looking at photos from previous reviews, this is not a new problem. I can take the exact same photos today. I was uncomfortable here because of the lack of cleanliness.

I'm a nester so being away from home is often uncomfortable for me. Not at the casita !! My husband and doggies stayed here while we waited for our escrow to close. it was so cozy and comfortable!! We all really enjoyed our stay ! all the comforts of home. Comfy beds , nice linens, everything you need to cook meals, good shower pressure, laundry...just perfect. I really love vintage decor and the owner filled the casita with lots of vintage touches . Easy check in, great communication with hostess. I would highly recommend the casita. The bathroom is small but super cute. barbecue. outdoor table in trees. just lovely! i would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Eclectic and quiet

It was a quiet neighborhood, 2 nice queen beds and linen, hot shower with good water pressure, great wifi and effective AC. Keurig, coffee sugar etc supplied..Felt private.. It had what we needed. Very eclectic with old and new. Tania was super responsive and willing to help.

− Toilet is very tightly crammed in the corner practically touching the shower at an angle in the single bathroom.. Kinda unkempt outside yard and porches, narrow winding steep driveway with very little turning space. Gas range has a couple burners not properly functioning
