6.0Location, size of property.
− The shower door came off. The technician fixed it, and it came off again. When I contacted him, he said it needed new hardware because the screws were stripped. He should have told me when he first came to fix it. The door is very heavy and someone could have been injured. Mold present around the air cond vent. Not enough bath towels, unit for 10, and only 8 towels. This is the 5th year we have stayed at Harbor side and the only unit where there were no beach towels. We had to purchase them. Queen beds sunk in the middle. I was given the wrong code to open the lock box at check-in.
