7.0Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge perfekt. Sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist vorhanden.
− Die Küche hat sich nicht wirklich sauber angefühlt, gekocht hätten wir in dieser Küche nicht. Im Bad lief das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht richtig ab, die Klobrille ist für die Kloschüssel zu klein, die Lüftung ging nicht immer. Das Bettlaken war zerrissen. Bei der Waschmaschine lief Wassern aus.

8.0The apartment is located near all points of interest (we recommend Forum Madeira for shopping, just 150 meters away, and Papa Manule 3 Restaurant for lunch and dinner, about 500 meters away). Easy access from the apartment to the highway, which leads in all directions across the island. Free parking in the garage. Swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen helped us cook quickly a few times.
− The walls were too thin; we could hear everything from the neighbors. It didn’t bother us, but it was noticeable. The toilet seat cover is too small. It won't stay up and keeps falling down, so you have to hold it up with your hand all the time. We recommend replacing it.

− El sofa cama tenia el somier metalico roto y el colchon viejo y sucio. tuvimos que dormir en el suelo,pues se clavaba un hierro en la espalda
