− There is an unpleasant smell of humidity until the air conditioner is not turned on. The sounds made by a water heater can interfere with sleep or falling asleep for people who are sensitive to sounds.

Ihan kelvollinen siisti asunto, ja omistaja oli ystävällinen ja avulias.
6.0Sijainti oli hyvä, eikä kaduilta kuulunut ääniä sisälle juuri ollenkaan.
− Pienemmässä makuuhuoneessa oli todella ahdasta. Kahvinkeitin olisi vielä kiva lisä varusteluun.

9.0Уютная квартира в Пениши, расположенная на тихой улочке. На первом этаже - гостиная, столовая и кухня, а также санузел. На втором этаже - две спальни и туалет с душевой кабиной. На кухне - всё необходимое для приготовления еды: плита с духовкой, посуда, микроволновка, чайник, тостер, холодильник. Все помещения оборудованы кондиционерами, есть ТВ и стиральная машина. Неплохой wi-fi. Всё чисто и уютно. Нам понравилось.
− В помещении довольно влажно (видимо, влаге некуда деться), из-за этого вещи сохнут долго. Кондиционер постоянно приходится включать на осушение.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten eine schöne Zeit verbringen.
8.0Die Organisation und Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Wir haben sogar einen zweiten Schlüssel erhalten, was die eigene Organisation sehr erleichtert hat. Die Zimmeraufteilung war super und die Ausstattung sehr gut.
− Leider war die Luft, gerade zu Beginn sehr stickig. Wir haben viel gelüftet und die Klimaanlage häufig angestellt. Nach einiger Zeit hat sich das "Raumklima" verbessert.
