Beautiful place. Disappointed with porta crib situation and lack of any action from host.

Prettier than the photos, spotlessly clean (except lower master bath shower was not cleaned) immediate response from host when had a question about a broken chair. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and one baby.

− I only gave 7/10 because the porta crib and highchair mis-communication was really an inconvenience and extra expense and host response was unsatisfactory. With having to pay for luggage we didn't want to have to check our porta crib. They say for “safety and hygiene” reasons they don’t provide. I asked 2x before we left in case one was left as we have often seen in rentals when someone leaves them behind and they are found in a closet. Twice told no and gave the name of baby rental places. We took time to price it out and it was best to buy on line and stop at Target to pick up a crib-took the first almost 2 hrs after landing from 11 hrs of flying w/a baby and a 6 hr time difference to go get a crib at Target and took up valuable luggage space with our snap on high chair. We get to the lovely home and there is a porta crib and a high chair in the closet! So annoying bc we wasted all that time and money and as our flight was at 8 am going back we couldn't return the crib he never slept in AND had to leave it. Vacations are $$ this was a bummer. Back at home I asked if they would reimburse our cost since I bought it based on their inaccurate information- nothing. Repeated they don’t provide them and “a previous renter must have left them” but they were earlier unwilling to even check! Why is is a left behind crib “safe and hygienic” to have in the unit? How helpful and EASY it would have been for them to simply ask the cleaning crew "can you double check if a crib and highchair were left in the closet from the last guest?" That would have avoided this expense and inconvenience for us! None of us wanted to spend time at Target first thing after landing nor did the young parents want to donate a brand new porta crib. Place was clean except master shower was skipped by cleaners. Soap scum, dirty fixtures. I had to clean it myself. Yuck.

Well laid out comfortable furniture and living space. Spectacular view! Outdoor hangout space with great furnishings. Fantastic view! Sand chairs and snorkel equipment. Grill at the pool. Fantastic view!!!!!

− Not mentioned in description are the steep steps, lack of AC in bunk room and TV in upstairs bedroom. It would be helpful to mention that guests purchase seasonings, Keurig coffee pods or ground coffee and triangular filters. Host provides very limited dishwasher and laundry supplies. Kitchen appliances have limited efficacy.
