There is nothing to like but the smart tv.

− Took two hours to check in he wouldn’t answer. Said he would refund some of my stay I doubt that. Ants everywhere! Loud barking dog doesn’t all day. They slam the doors downstairs and yell. We had to sleep in the living room. No toilet paper it needs serious work. No sponges or materials to clean I had to buy. Absolutely horrible experience! Oh also gunshots at 1 am next door soooo…

Decent, having a full kitchen was nice but not what I thought I was getting.

Location was close to a lot of things within the area. 5 minutes from the roxy, 15 minutes from the rock and roll Hall of Fame and football stadium.

− When ordering through booking.com I selected 2 rooms. The listing said I got the whole place which is not true. I got a small 1 bedroom apartment and my buddy had to sleep on a cot. They also wouldnt let me check in 2 hours early unless I paid them $30. There are 4 apartments there and only 3 parking spots so getting home late we had to drive around the block looking for a place to park on the street.

− Where do I start. The door didn’t lock there is 4 units in the house and you can hear people yelling all night long and dogs barking all day and night. The whole place smelt like cigarettes and dog pee I booked a 24 night stay and left after the first night. I wish I read the other reviews before booking. LET THIS BE YOUR SIGN!

− I arrived at the property at 7:30 pm. It was around 80 degrees outside and the window ac in the bedroom was not working. I called to report this, was asked to send photos of the ac unit. ? After the initial phone call, my calls were no longer answered and I could only text. They offered me no remedy. After three hours, the property wrote me they had no other property where I might stay and that they would provide a full refund which, three weeks later I still have not received. I left the property after I received this text. I have spent hours on the phone with Booking who have been completely passive about their partner’s reluctance to facilitate this refund even after I have sent Booking a copy of the text from the property saying they’d fully refund me.
