5.0Big open space downstairs. Nice small pool.
− Location was very remote. Transportation required to go anywhere. Place was very old. Beds were noisy, and only sheets provided. With the humid weather this meant turning the airconon and off all night. You couldn't have it off due to heat, but couldn't have it on to freeze in. Windows were very old and didn't close properly which caused flooding with heavy rain. Seats were old and damaged. 3 bathrooms but main didn't have a nozzle for the shower, so others had to be shared. Tv worked but no services to watch TV and Netflix was not compatible. The best bit. You pay for cleaning services on checkout. But you get strict instructions to clean before you leave. Wash your dishes, take the bins out..... No problem, sure I'll make the bed for the next guests too.

Nice clean villa next to a golf course. 20 mins from Patong.
9.0Apartment was nicely sized and the private pool was clean . The property is located within the Phuket Country Club golf course. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils. Jason was responsive on chat and had provided information on nearby restaurants etc.
− The location is about 15-20 min drive from the Patong area by cab. The locker wasn't working in our villa.

It's right in the middle, making everything super convenient. The villa itself is incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of adventures. The facilities are top-notch, offering a seamless blend of luxury and convenience. What stood out is their use of QR code – a quick scan gives you all the info about amenities, a thoughtful touch for tech-savvy guests. The host was amazing – accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist. Their hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to the stay. Overall, a delightful experience with a perfect mix of location, comfort, and excellent facilities. Highly recommend!
