7.0宿のロッジ、設備、清潔感、寝具、景観、とても、料金の内容と思えない位、良かったです。
− よる、18時のチェックインのせいか、あたりは真っ暗、宿の場所が自然公園に着いてもわからず、電話したら、電話の電波がはいらず、やっと管理棟についたら、鍵と、地図の紙だけわたされ自分達で行け的な対応に腹が立ち、こんな真っ暗闇で、山の上のまで街灯なくあがり、崖から車のタイヤが、落ちたら最後の状況で、心の無い対応に腹が立ち、こんな真っ暗闇の中、街灯もなく、すぐそこなら案内位、してくれないんですか？と言うと、渋々、車をだして、案内してくれたが、気分は、良くなかった。もっと、真っ暗闇の時間のチェックインなので、お客様の気持ちを考えて欲しい。せっかく、千葉県から、栃木県まで行って、初めての宿、場所で、右も左もわからず、おまけに真っ暗闇で、崖から車が街灯ない山頂まで、わからず行くお客様の気持ち考えた方がいいと思います。
