9.0Shower was great. Kitchen was good size. Facilities were good and was clean.
− The mattress was not very comfortable. A lot of noise nighttime from surrounding flats but not always.
I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Choose to use your money wisely somewhere else

Relaxed and cosy is the wrong description! Expect the opposite!
5.0The location was good for where we wanted to visit.
− It wasn't relaxed or cosy. There was no plug for the bath, and the shower could not be adjusted, so the water shot straight across to the bottom of the bath. A lamp in the lounge would have been nice as the main light was bright and not 'cosy'. The whole place seriously lacked the personal touch, and the red decor in the lounge was 'angry' not relaxing! Parking was ok if you managed to get a space. The fridge/freezer doors need changing around as trying to access it was difficult because it was the opposite way to the cupboard doors. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I felt the whole flat lacked any thought. The cutlery didn't match, and the cooking utensils were gross! Even the cups and plates were odd. No thought had gone into the experience for the client. It needed a good clean and a redecoration to make it fresh looking.

− The property was in a poor state of repair. The shower in the bathroom was difficult to use. The tv reception was awful and there was no bbc. The mugs in the kitchen were dirty.
Exceptional
10.0We were able to visit lots of places in the area using the accommodation as a base. It was very clean and comfortable and all the instructions were very clear. It was a very quiet place to stay.

8.0Easy access as we were given precise information before arrival. We were located next to a great place to eat. Plenty of space
− Thin walls. A few things lacking like shelves in the bathroom and a sighted light in the living room and both sides of the bed. Also no extras provided like only 1 toilet roll There was an alarm box outside the room that buzzed all night.
