8.0Clean, well appointed property, close to city centre and 2 minutes from bars and restaurants etc.
− Whilst close to the city centre, the immediate surrounds were a little sketchy. Only one parking pass for a house with four bedrooms.

Ideal for a weekend wander around Lincoln.
9.0Fully-equipped & clean. Plenty of room for six of us. Great location for the sights of Lincoln. Surprisingly quiet too! Good wi-fi.
− Communication prior to our stay was a little sporadic (I had enquired about an earlier check-in but got no response). However, communication during our stay was good (a broken bed was reported & reply was very prompt).

8.0The decor and cleanliness was great. Communication was fabulous and the host was very accommodating at arranging an earlier check in.
− The garden area was a bit overgrown on the patio area which could be easily solved. This would not stop me from booking again but it may put people off
Lovely Lincoln stay
10.0The location was good in that it was within a short walk into Lincoln centre and the cathedral, and castle. The house itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, lots of hit water and efficient heating as we put it on briefly the first night as the weather turned quite chilly.
− There wasn't anything we didn't like.
