10.0It was a lovely clean and spacouis flat. Centrally located in Dumfries.

Excellently located and comfortable property.
9.0Location was excellent and property easy to find.
− Minor issues in that the water drained slow from the shower and the front door handle was tempermental.
Disappointed.

7.0The size of the property is great and perfect for our group and the location suitable for a short 10-15 min walk into town with a bar and couple of restaurants/takeaways right next to it.
− This is 2nd time of staying in this property and we felt that in the 6 months between stays it’s got very tired with some items now damaged or stained.
Spacious.
9.0Beds comfortable, large rooms plenty space. Fluffy towels.
− Just as mentioned, tea towel would have been helpful. Did not detract from our stay, all other facilities were good 👍🏻

6.0The flat was very clean and the host was very friendly and communicated quickly. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of towels etc. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee too. Thank you!
− The property could benefit from new pillows and mattresses on the beds and more cutlery in the kitchen as there were 5 of us but only 4 knives and forks. The property was pretty noisy overnight too between traffic and the pub across the road - albeit, not the landlord's fault - but something to bear in mind if staying with small children.
