− Nobody came to let us in. We were emailed a phone number to call so that someone would let us in, but nobody answered. We tried for 2 hours then gave up.

The shower / bathroom areas were very good, for the kind of space it is. Proximity to Cuba st was excellent. Getting access to room also was very easy.

− There was a hideous chemical smell in the room. It made me gag. Even after having the windows open for 2 hours it never left. Maybe it was whatever the sheets are washed in or something. It was very intense I had a hard time sleeping in there Tbh.

Maybe location?

− Not like photos , noisy, and generally poor for the price - issues like no hot water and broken showers that by other ratings has been so for 6 montjs just get a motel or something its worth the extra $20 for a much better experience

Unpleasant experience with check in

Close to city center, room was clean. For the money, the room was worth it.

− After booking I received an email which instructed to call a person who would let me in. Nobody answered after calling few times. Manager’s number on booking.com-straight to voicemail with no calling back. Wrote message through booking.com, back to their email-no answer. Only by accident I saw a housekeeper through window and he called manager. The code for key box was incorrect-when checking out I was instructed to leave key there-only after me scrambling for some time, some employee heard and put it different code.

El hostal era cómodo, y bien ubicado

− Lamentablemente no había nadie para recibirnos, y nadie contestaba las llamadas, mensajes o correos… No existe comunicación con los manager, y si no es por un huésped que nos dijo donde está la oficina en el centro, a la cual tuvimos que ir para retirar nuestras llaves, nunca podríamos haber hecho el check-in.

Clean tidy comfortable

− I arrived to find no key in the lockbox. Gained access to building and knocked on the door of my allocated room. It was occupied by a long term stay.
