Customer service from emergency numbers provided can do better but beautiful place
7.0The place was beautiful and clean , very lovely place for holiday, problem was we had no electricity for 4 hours , it was cold and raining , was not safe to drive out as the roads were not safe to go get food. So I decided to call the emergency number provided on the 3rd hour of no electricity for an update as I had kids with me and they were getting scared and were hungry as it was getting dark , the lady that answered was absolutely rude and unhelpful, her customer service was not pleasant, which really upset me , back lights were available but not fully charged. No refuse bags available, if we were told I would have bought my own but it was too late as we were about to check out and I always clean up before I leave
