Great access to many mid-east coast activities, short walk to ocean and beach, quiet area, pool.
8.0Short walk to ocean, quiet area, host was attentive to the items either missing, bad or in not usable condition such as cooking pans and prep tools- I notified Host. Host replaced & supplied items missing in kitchen area. Pool and grounds were clean, attended to. Great location to watch any lift-offs from the space center. Multiple washers and dryers(self-pay-3 each). Out door games-Connect 4, ping-pong table, corn-hole. Work out room.
− Disappointed that at our arrival, when we went to make a meal, we had plates, pots, pans, cutting board all scratched up and in horrible condition. Let Host know, did replace but it took 2 days. Mid-week, after getting cookie sheets(there was nothing in the facility to cook anything in the oven),we made a meal in the oven, we opened the oven door, went to pull the rack out to rotate and all of our food/dinner ended up on the floor due to the oven not being level, we lost our whole dinner that night. Host had maintenance come out the next day and re-level the stove/oven, but out food/$$. No offer for compensation(was actually first stated that this had been checked by their team prior to our arrival- then if this inspection was done this would have been found-huge out of level, as well as scratched teflon pans, pots, plastic plates(large and small) as well as a cutting board that looked like it had been used for years, no scissors w/knife rack, no cooking pans for oven. Paid for 1 of their washers and the washer didn't spin clothes dry, then took forever in dryer, multiple people had this issue as we talked with a few others in the laundry area. Next day there was a sign on it-out of order. Ping-pong table was warped, not usable to play. Work-out room very small.
