A comfortable well positioned apartment with good facilities. Easy access to Harrogate centre by car or foot. Assistance was quickly given by the host when required.

− Unfortunately I found the indoor parking unusable due to the constant deposits from roosting pigeons. The host promised to resolve the issue. There were one or two missing items which were replaced by ourselves and quickly refunded by the host. Due to a cold weather spell (June) we unexpectedly needed the heating and a little more instruction would be useful. Again kindly promised for future users of the apartment.

− we were ok for seating in the lounge as there was only 3 of us, would need more seating if had more guests Needs wine glasses shower doors not working properly in twin bedroom a dish drainer at the sink would be useful

Location is great and having a parking spot in Harrogate is a big plus.

− It's extremely basic, falls short on a lot of equipment: there are 6 beds, but only 5 bowls/plates, only 4 wine glasses (and only flutes, not proper wine glasses), only 4 juice glasses; no scissors in the kitchen, only 1 round baking tray; there are no bins in the bathrooms - only one available is in the kitchen; needs more seats in the sitting room - again, sleeps 6 but only seats for 4 people; dining chairs very wobbly; blind missing from one of the kitchen windows.

A classy place not too much in the hustle of the main town but close enough to have a stroll to the centre. Big bay windows, the sunrise in the morning was a delightful bonus. Very clean.

− Just a few more glasses (variety) - a tumbler or 5 would’ve been great. Comfortably fit 5 people in the apartment, just those little touches would make the difference.

Perfect apartment for a group to stay in and a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Harrogate, it has everything you need to stay and the owners were friendly and so helpful. The car parking was ideal also as this is off the road. We will definitely be back to stay again.

− Nothing though a couple of extra mirrors in the bedrooms would be perfect for us girls.
