− Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait d'être installé dans un appartement, puis, quelques minutes plus tard, qu'on me demande de le quitter sous prétexte qu'une erreur avait été commise. À ce moment-là, j'avais déjà ouvert mes bagages et commencé à m'installer. Cette situation était particulièrement désagréable et aurait pu être évitée avec une meilleure organisation.
