− The communication could have been a bit better. I didn't know how I was going to have access to the room up until a few days before. So I stressed a little until then.

5.0good location, comfortable bed - small kitchenette with crockery and cooking amenities. it’s a good place to keep your stuff and sleep, but nothing exceptional
− amenities provided were visibly old - hotplate was very tarnished, air con extremely loud (which didn’t help much with sleeping on humid nights). no working deadbolt on door so was a bit concerned about security - the door was only locked via keypad lock.
I thought it was expensive for what it provided.
5.0The location was perfect. Easy to catch a bus and get to shops and beach. The lock on doors was good. Only one way in so I felt safe. It was a quiet street.
− I did not know about the extent of the road and pavement works in the area...made the whole place awful to walk around. The air conditioning was very old and extremely noisy. The wadrobe smelt so I didnt use it. The bench top hot plates and microwave were rusty and not inviting to use. The place was not cleaned well. Other people could smoke on the path outside my room as there were ash trays. I could not have windows open as there was no privacy.

10.0The property is very close to the beacg as well as the shopping areas. It provides all the facilities we need during our stays. Good kitchen. This is th best unit I ave ever experienced and will definitely book again when I come back to Adelaide.
