The apartment is bright and spacious. The main bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was very effective especially in the extra hot weather. It was very easy to get a Bolt/Uber and cost between 4 - 6 euros (one way) to get into Albuferia.

− The apartment is situated on a very steep hill, above a very busy dual carriageway which was noisy if you wanted to sit out on the balcony (we didn't because of that). The towels provided were clean but obviously old and marked from use, the host eventually did offer to change them for us, but only after we raised it as an issue, which turned into a long protracted process. Because our flight arrived 6 hrs before check in, we left our bags in the hosts office which you have to pay for (per bag). The walls inside the apartment are very marked with scuffs and scratches from lots of wear and tear. Two spare fold up beds, which we hadn't asked for, were left in the main sitting area (one of which had burn marks on it). The gardens described in the advert as surrounding the property where nowhere to be found other than sections of artificial grass and a tarmac drive. Overall OK, but not the standard we were expecting from the original description.

The complex was lovely, clean and modern with a small amount apartments. So it was quiet and lovely views. The pool was beautiful and very clean. Underground parking was very secure.

− The sofa could have been a little more comfortable.

Upper class apartment, A/C, great shower,safe underground parking.
