Smart, spacious, clean flat in a great quiet location. Free on-street parking outside. Easy walk into centre, down to East beach or up to Beeston Bump (beware of Black Shuck (⚆ᗝ⚆) ! Good shower; comfy bed. Good fast comms with the owner - especially regarding the basin tap which I repaired for her. Nice and quiet with windows open - no traffic and no seagulls! :) ....just the occasional jet fighter. (NB: The other flats in the block and most neighbouring properties appeared to be unoccupied).

− It is very awkward trying to open the key safe. Suggest it is located at the front of the box, like flat 1. There are no instructions for rubbish disposal. e.g. What can be recycled in Sheringham? We had to put everything in the black bin so we did not contaminate the recycling; and take some of it home. The air fresheners were overpowering. We turned them off during our stay.

The location was good - not too far from the centre of town.

− Opening the lock box to collect the keys was very difficult - maybe need a new lock box.

Good location. Short walk to the beach and town centrre. Balcony was useful to dry towels. Very comfortable bed. Lots of windows to open in the heatwave. Roomy living space. Excellent shower whoch is over the bath. Plenty of hot water.

− There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful and clean and would absolutely book again

Brilliant location (by entrance to coastal path and less than 5-minute walk to both beach and town centre). Quiet road with great views. Very nice and responsive host. Flat immaculately clean and everything exactly as described. Would absolutely come again.

− Instructions for separating rubbish and recycling would be helpful, and if there is a sofabed (which I didn't need in the end but had rented flat with possibility of needing it for a child who might need a break from a school residential trip nearby), instructions for opening it and locating bedding would be good, and there were a couple dying plants that needed to be revived or replaced, but zero of this affected my enjoyment of staying in the flat.
