Super Lage, schlechte Wohnung, viel zu kleine Garage
4.0Die Lages ist hervorragend, man ist in 5 Minuten an der Strandpromenade und hat dort unzählige Restaurant, Bars, Eisdielen... Außerdem in zweiter Reihe viele Ladengeschäfte. Direkt am Haus der Wohung hat ganz neu ein Spar-Markt mit allem an Lebensmitteln eröffnet.
− Die Garage reicht vielleicht für eine Fiat 500, Fiat Panda... oder ein paar Roller und Fahrräder aber NICHT für ein etwas größeres Auto. Wir hatten einen Ford Kuga dabei und wenn ich nicht schlank wäre, hätte ich nach dem sehr schwierigen Einparken nicht mehr aussteigen können. Auf diesen Umstand hätte man hinweisen müssen, zuumal ansonsten keine Parkmöglichkeit besteht (Anwohner oder Parkscheibe)!!! Der Altbau scheint innen recht feucht zu sein, jedenfalls roch es in der Wohnung permanent leicht modrig. Es gibt nur ein Fenster in der Küche (im Schlafzimmer nur einen Lichtschacht), sodass ein richtiges Lüften nicht möglich ist. Im Laufe der Woche sind die (angeklebten Haken) im Bad nach und nach herunter gefallen. In die Duschkabine kommt man nur durch eine "Seitwärtsbewegung" und sollte auch nicht zu dick sein. Leider wurde der durchaus vorhandene Platz für eine größere Duschkabine für ein Bidet "verbraucht".
Okolí bylo opravdu malebné krasne,ale ubytování bych určitě volila jiné.
6.0Líbila se nám lokalita - na plaz jsme se dostali za 8 minut,což je super.Promenady a procházky okolo jezera,bajecne.
− Za naprosto nevyhovující považuji,ze v ložnici není oteviratelne okno.Okno tam sice je,ale napevno uzavřené.V ložnici a v kuchyni jsou 2 hlučné ventilátory,při kterých se opravdu nedá spat,když je velké teplo.V kuchyni rozkládací gauč - matrace velmi prolezena.Ve večerních hodinách býval často hluk z okolí - ať už hluční sousedé nebo doslova triskani dveřmi v budově a bezpečnostní mříží.

− Im Bad fehlte an der Dusche eine Duschwand; in der Wohnung waren Ameisen ,die dann in den Sachen mitgenommen wurden und sich auf der Fahrt im Auto ausgebreitet haben.... Es war nachts sehr laut aufgrund der Nachbarn ,die die Türen geknallt haben....
