Muy céntrico el baño queda a fuera de la casa ,tienes que hasta tirar la basura y dejar la casa recogida y limpia para no perder la fianza para horrar el dinero de la limpieza y todo esto ,.te enteras después que as pagado los dias más la fianza ..

− La fianza que hay que pagar de 200 €,,que no lo dice en la página, reclamas y no es u a fianza te lo descuenta de la cuenta y te dicen que se devuelve el dinero a los 7 días laborales, revisar bien cualquiera que alquiler la vivienda porque yo me encontré una mesa rata y le escribí rápido ,pidiendo fotos para ver la rotura ,cuando yo a acababa de llegar ..tenga cuidado que pueden perder la fianza.

The location of this property is good, but be prepared for a steep hill climb when heading to and from the city center. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay did not live up to expectations. The property does not feel newly renovated as advertised. It was poorly cleaned, the kitchen was dirty and lacked proper equipment, and the photos are misleading. The promised "mountain view" from the terrace is only visible if you stand up and look over the roof line. The layout is highly inconvenient: to reach the nicest of the three bedrooms, you must walk outside and go up two flights of stairs. To use the bathroom, you have to step outside on the ground floor, which is highly unpleasant in rainy weather. On top of this, host communication was slow, and we were hit with an unadvertised, feeling suspicious €200 deposit requirement. The place needs attention and maintenance and more accurate listing details.

Los muebles se ven nuevos y es una zona tranquila. Muy limpio y buena presencia.

− Nos cobraron dinero por llevar a un perro, cuando decian que se aceptaban mascotas. Faltaban algunas cosillas de cocina.
