2.0− The flat is not well maintained and pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is old. Showers have black/brown algae on the floor and shower door. Beds are firm but not comfortable. There's a stale cigarette smell that's absorbed into the couches. The three-seater couch felt like it would break if you sat down with a bounce. Cleaners were still busy upon arrival; check-in was at 2pm, and we only gained access 2 hours later. The flat is not modern; definitely not worth the price. After paying on bookings, I was told there is a breakage deposit of R1350 is required, of which R150 is a non-refundable admin fee. These fees should be incorporated into the booking fee so I have full insight and can budget appropriately.

2.0Location and the complex was nice and clean
− Unit was not upto standards. Dirty and lots of rust and smells like dump. Needs maintenance. For the price they charge u for once off cleaning is crazy when the place is not upto standards. No tv channels. Really disappointed with the unit compared to other units

1.0− The owner of that place is fraudulent, She requested i pay R1650 a cleaning/breakage deposit into her personal account so that she will continue to send me further instructions , i comlplied and sent it only to find out on the day she did not gove ne the unit number i called and messaged her along with the securities sje did not pick only for hee to tell me i shouldn't call her that lateand dropped the call ,i had to book another unit instantly luckily i was refunded my booking fee but she never refunded me the money i deposited into her account

− Two things that i think is needed in the flat: 1: extended court- for the ladies to be able to blow our hair by the mirrors. ( I had to bought one myself) 2: foldable drying rack for fhe clothes/ towels
