Beautiful property with a superb location!
10.0The location was superb! We were 50 m from the arena and in the heart of the city. The room was beautiful and had all the things we needed - albeit small. However, we did not spend much time there except to sleep. There was chilled prosecco waiting for us upon arrival and the front desk attendant was super helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious and the staff there was attentive!
− Nothingl The room had a great view and was beautifully appointed. The only thing was the size; it was a bit small with our luggage and the bathroom did not have a counter for our toiletries. Otherwise this was a wonderful hotel!

− La struttura è oggetto di ristrutturazione. Martedi mattina alle 07:00 svegliati da inizio martellamenti a mano costanti e continui. Alle 08:00 hanno iniziato ad usare il.martello pneumatico.... costretti ad uscire per non impazzire in stanza. La doccia aveva manopola per switch acqua da cipolla.a.soffitto alla doccia su asta non funzionante , quindi improvvisamente si apriva l acqua dalla.cipolla.a.soffitto e ti ritrovavi i capelli bagnati. Pulizia delle scale del palazzo , non pervenuta. È brutto salire le scale.e vedere polvere , foglie sul tappeto che era sulle.scale, oltretutto con due ferri "blocca tappeto" senza perno blocca ferro e quindi, il ferro uscito dalla.guida lascia il tappeto non piu aderente allo scalino, con relativo aumento di rischio di inciampo. Ma se lo vedo io.....perche non lo vede il.personale?
