OK as a base for getting around the area, nice quiet position.

− Several (all?) doors had been changed position of old hinges not made good. Several damp spots throughout . Shower not very powerful or warm. Kitchen tap took too long to heat water - quicker to boil a kettle. Washing machine extremely noisy - needs attention?

This property was ideally situated for me to visit Knightshayes and Dulverton.
10.0I liked being close to other properties but still having my own space. It was very easy to find. If I'd brought my dog, as planned, he would have loved the walks nearby.

9.0We were asked to stay in a six bed 'cottage 'instead of the flat. The staff were excellent,extremely helpful and friendly. We were staying with our 2 puppies, and there was plenty of room. Very well equipped kitchen. Large lounge.
