My experience was deeply unsatisfactory

− I am very disappointed with our recent stay at [Hotel Name]. Given the severe weather conditions during our travel, we reached out to the staff for assistance or flexibility, but they were entirely unhelpful and unwilling to work with us, which added unnecessary stress to our trip. Upon arrival, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The toilet had not been cleaned or prepared for guests, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. Most concerning, however, was the presence of cockroaches in the room. This is a severe hygiene issue that made it impossible to have a comfortable or safe stay. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

3.0The place had a good location and comfortable chairs in the living room. That's it. Everything else was kind of ramshackle.
− The place was in general poor repair. Internet was continually going out. The toilet wasn't attached to the floor. Generally very shoddy and uncomfortable.
We stayed less than 24 hrs of our week booking.
1.0The layout of the space was okay. The staff were great in handling our situation, we did appreciate their sense of urgency and responsiveness.
− Everything else. It was not clean, there was mold all in the bathroom and shower room. Not a good environment to be in.
