9.0The house was clean. The location was great for me. I love coming to OXB.
We enjoyed the house and would recommend it for a group staying for a week or more.
6.0The house itself was great. Location really great - right in the middle of just about anything you would need.
− A few things were broken - the toaster did not work. Had to make toast in the oven. No big deal but it was broken before we got there. The curtain holder on the left in the master (3rd floor) suite is barely hanging on, the toilet seat in the bedroom facing the ocean is also falling off. The floor was really dirty. My son is a germaphobe and wears a lot of white on top of it. After his evening shower he walked around the house and the bottoms of his socks after just walking from his room on the second floor up to the third floor were completely black. He never walked outside or put them in shoes. The mats in the kitchen were literally brown and sticky - as was the bath mat in the bathroom on the 2nd floor facing the ocean.
Our stay was fantastic. Great unit. Will stay again and tell family and friends.
