Specifically booked an air conditioned place but it was broken and nobody slept for one week

− I specially paid premium for an air conditioned place knowing Europe is very hot and they don’t always have AC. The air con was broken they came once to try to fix it. Kept saying they will adjust remotely. The thermostat showed 29-30 degrees everyday, there was no fan in the house, the agent said it was always 22. Everything else was amazing just that one thing ruined our holiday. Nobody slept that whole week.
