10.0The view was exceptional. Clean and neat. It's the 1st time a unit has decent pots and knives. It was a joy to be in that kitchen

1.0− This was the most disappointing unit (No 29) at Laguna La Crete which i had ever booked since my youth. Some of the challenges faced during our stay included :the unit being untidy with no linen upon checl in, , the lounge set had a damp odour and slight urine smell. The lights in the unit triped continuously, the fridge was not cooling effectively (broken), the curtains where detached off the rail, the shower had a sardine odour which lingered throughout the weekend ect. This unity was really no value for money, based on the numerous trips which i had conducted throughout the country this is my 1st and most unpleasant and disappointing experience faced .

− The unit was not very clean. The cushions on the outdoor furniture need to be washed! The bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade, very old & unpleasant
