Great location, large house with plenty of room

Disappointed. Certainly not worth what we paid.
6.0Location was fine. No issues. House was big plenty of space. Bathroom in each room was good.
− The house was not clean upon arrival. Too many bugs, insects, cockroaches unable to go outside as much as we wanted. There needs to be a few bug zapper out on the deck. Pest control definitely required. You can tell how many insects just by looking at the fly screens, sliding doors and garage. To eat outside was impossible. Some bed sheets were not clean. Air con was a hit and miss. Happy to provide photos of insect infestation. The Kitchen bench was full of ants. Thankfully we took our own pest spray.
