− Cutlery glasses plates weren’t clean
good local, nice place, great views ------but noisy
8.0Great views, but was very very noisy from around 11pm to 3am each night
− The noise from people in the street late at night could not sleep
Nice apartment in brilliant location
8.0The location is as good as it gets - right on the water in Shoal Bay, on the main street.
− You have to collect the keys from Nelson Bay - whilst only a few minutes away in the car, it would be easier if there was a lockbox, or they could be collected in Shoal Bay somewhere. Also - free parking is underneath the building, but instructions on how to find the car park are not clear, and whilst the apartment was great, it would be good if things like shower gel and shampoo could be provided.
