Actually I rate it OK because the value was there. Room was quiet tho near freeway.
4.0Room was clean and comfortable; TV worked well. Seemed to have been upgraded.
− There was no Hot Water. This would have mattered if I had needed a shower but did not as I had showered earlier in day. Also, asked for a NON-SMOKING room but this one had a very very heavy tobacco odor that a very strong deodorant tried to mask but it really did reek.

− Shower tap was a bit dodgy and needed a fourth pillow. But otherwise room was comfortable.

10.0This is an old school motel, which my friend from England absolutely loved. It was clean and cared for. The manager upgraded the room without being asked to. There was even a full sized refrigerator in the room. The motel is very close to I-80 and exactly what we needed.

After switching rooms, zero complaints. Good staff, cool property, safe at night. Would return.
9.0I did NOT like my room but when I asked to switch the staff had no issue with it and the room they moved me to was GREAT. I liked the property too. It was unique and filled with rose bushes and plants that were well taken care of. It's right next to the freeway but there was no noise i could hear and the property seemed very safe when I was there and it was quiet at night outside. Staff were cool and they had plastic forks and spoons when I asked. There was also coffee in the room and our coffee maker was clean. I would stay here again no problem.
