Overall great place to stay
9.0Responsive host management. The location relative to the train station, old town, groceries and restaurants was all great. Host also worked to get some fans since it was a heat wave.
− Biggest complaint was that it was super warm so we had windows open and didn’t know that we were on a busier Main Street. At night guys were revving motorcycles and sports cars at the stop light. This isn’t the host fault, just an attribute of the location we weren’t aware of. I don’t know if we would have changed plans (doubtful), but the late night noise was the one unpleasant aspect of our stay. So basically caution for people who want a quiet stay you may want to seek other locations (not this street in old town).

4.0Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, 2 Fernsehern, Kaffemaschine etc.
− Obwohl die Wohnung als Nichtraucher-Unterkunft angeboten wird, hat es in der gesamten Wohnung sehr unangenehm nach Rauch gerochen. Alle Textilien die wir dabei hatten, haben den Rauchgeruch angenommen. Da wir mit Baby unterwegs waren, ist das für mich ein echtes No-Go. An vielen Stellen in der Wohnung lag Staub, das Geschirr war nicht sauber und die fehlenden Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern muss ich leider ebenfalls bemängeln. In der Spülmaschine stand das Wasser inklusive Essensresten, daher war diese unbenutzbar. Dazu hätte ich mir vorab eine Information vom Vermieter gewünscht.

− De uitrusting van de keuken viel een beetje tegen. Wij waren met 6 personen en er waren bijvoorbeeld maar 5 kopjes.
Angenehmer, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt
9.0Das Haus ist von außen eher unscheinbar und 80er, die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, wirklich schön und modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, es ist alles da, was man braucht und zu allen Themen gibt es Erklärungen auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in einem zentralen Ordner. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin in passendem Umfang (wir hatten immer alle Infos zur Hand) und sehr nett.

Guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. (Smoking is only allowed on the balcony). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., check-out is 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs.
Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay.
Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us. A booking constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules will be liable for all associated damages. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation and eviction without refund. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
