I’d prefer sleeping on the streets! It was unsafe and unhygienic
1.0We only were there a hour , in that time daughter slipped on the unsafe carpet, the place had Pooh around the outside of the toilet
− Nothing!!! Avoid !!! We had to check into a hotel as the house wasn’t fit to stay in!! The owners refused a refund despite ringing booking.com as soon as we discovered how bad it was

SHOCKING!!! Booking.com have confirmed owner has refused to compensate.
2.0Key safe and access easy. Beds were comfortable. The bedding was clean. Communication regarding the booking from the host was fine.
− Worst accommodation I have stayed in. If I could have afforded to stay elsewhere, I would have moved my family immediately. So disappointed. The property is not like the pictures shown online. I have taken pictures of the state of the property Property is not well maintained Broken blinds Doors with no handles Loose carpet on stairs - major tripping hazard Kitchen cupboard doors and bedroom doors hanging off their hinges. Exposed electrical wire and sockets - major hazard Non working lightbulbs Paint in the bath Mold in bathroom Filthy light switches Walls dirty and scuffed everywhere. Stains and burn marks on carpet Iron provided but no ironing board Limited cutlery provided Broken blinds Very poor internet TV not tuned in Back step broken and unstable - major hazard
considering the cost, it was an excellent stay. Asda is only a minute away.
