1.0La localización es lo único que se salva del apartamento. Si es que esa localización te viene bien claro.
− Comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona pésima, haces preguntas y solo te responden que si llegas tarde al check in te van a conbrar, y el colmo fue que yo tuve que esperar media hora al que me trajo las llaves porqué llegó tarde. El piso está mal aislado y se escucha todo de la calle y entra frio. No había ni un cubierto en la cocina e intentaron decirme ( cuando ya dejé el piso) que si estaban ahí. La ropa de cama llena de pelos y con manchas, muy poca atención al detalle.

− The listing lied about having AC in full apartment, in a heat wave one bedroom had only a fan and the rental company didnt take accountability for the mistake. They were extremely unhelpful shuffling me to different people and finally rejecting accountability even though their own listing states otherwise. They do not offer any amenities besides the starter pack for longer stays. Bring your own garbage bags and toilet paper and dish soap.

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply.
