Great Location, nice boutique building, but NOT three bedrooms as advertised!!
6.0We were the first to use the apartment so it was very clean. We like the location and we liked the size of the building; boutique style. Loved having a washer and dryer, plus a vacuum at our disposal. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very nice, but didn't understand why we were upset not having three bedrooms as advertised. The owner provides plenty of towels and bedding and we appreciated that. We laundered towels every few days regardless. There are no beach towels for your use. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking, but needs things like hot pads for the oven and better cooking utensils. Plates, bowls and drinking wares are ample and appreciated. Having parking was a great bonus as well. The front desk staff were always kind.
− I did not like that it is ADVERTISED as a 3- bedroom and it's NOT a 3-bedroom. Photos of the listing attached which CLEARLY read "1 living room and 3 separate bedrooms" but there are two bedrooms and a bed in the living room. The owner was there when I arrived and when I questioned him said "There are no 3-bedrooms in the building." He did offer a partial refund but it was Spring Break and there was no way we would find anything same-day in Hollywood Beach. The dishwasher didn't wash the dishes so we had to hand wash everything and we prefer to cook. We also didn't like the owner received many amazon packages during our stay but never communicated they would be arriving or what we should do with them so they started to take up a lot of our living space; some were large. It was just an inconvenience when we were already limited on space not having three bedrooms. We also were not in the room which was advertised and pictured.
