7.0The shuttle bus services to and fro the Johor Checkpoint make travel easy. The security guard at the entrance is well trained and knows his job well.
− Initially the host wasn't that helpful. When I called for help trying to get into the property this man kept insist that all instruction were in the message, reluctant to guide me on the phone. In the other hand the guard is super nice. After I got mad on him he became nice and responsive, thanks! The Room Rate is very reasonable but the cleaning fees of RM130 is exorbitant, as high as the room rate. The catch is the price shown is not inclusive of cleaning fees, when payment is done the cleaning fees is deducted. Felt got cheated.

9.0We had an enjoyable 4 nights stay at this well equipped apartment. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. The pool view from the second bedroom is spectacular. The host is very thoughtful and careful in providing all the essential items we may need. Highly recommended.
− It would be perfect if the shower water could be more consistent. Though the heater was turned on, water would become cold suddenly during shower. We would need to adjust the tap on and off for the water to turn warm again. It was quite a hassle. Another thing to highlight is the dustbin (in the kitchennette) could not close. Perhaps the host could look into it.

10.0Everything, it's exactly as shown in the photos. Everything clean, new and very nicely furnished. The check in instructions were very clear, which was good as we checked in at night. Carpark space provided, which was helpful. The apartment was beautiful, cozy and comfy. Most importantly very very clean. We had a wonderful stay, we would love to return to this place
