− Brak zlewu w kuchni (trzeba było latać do łazienki na dolnym piętrze). Jeśli masz >1.8 metra wzrostu to bądź pewien, że przywalisz głową we wszystko. Może być uciążliwe taszczenie taczką walizek 150 metrów od domu i następnie wąskimi schodami spiralnymi.
