Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay, and a Very Responsive Host

Our experience was very positive overall. The location is excellent, and the keyless check-in system was incredibly convenient. Accessing the property with a code was simple, easy, and made the entire arrival process seamless. The home was exactly as pictured, which is always reassuring when booking a vacation rental. We stayed in the upstairs unit and found the home to be very pleasant, bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully laid out. Every room had air conditioning that worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. I do have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better: Kitchen utensils: While we understand that many people in the United States often dine out, not every guest prefers to do so. One of the advantages of renting a home is having the option to cook your own meals. We felt that the kitchen could benefit from a few additional basic utensils, such as a pasta strainer and other items that would make meal preparation more convenient. Outdoor drying option: The home includes a washer and dryer, which is great, but not everyone wants to use the dryer all the time. Whether due to personal preference, cultural habits, or simply to care for swimwear and delicate clothing, having a drying rack or clothesline available would be very helpful. Master bedroom: I believe a more comfortable bed and higher-quality pillows would make a significant difference. The children's bedroom actually felt more inviting than the master bedroom in terms of sleeping comfort. The room is spacious enough to accommodate a Queen or King-size bed, which would greatly enhance the overall experience. Other than these minor suggestions, everything was excellent. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, communication was smooth, and everything went exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Clean and spacious . Good value for money . Free parking

− Beds not most comfortable and only 1 pillow each. Host used key panel on door to enter property unannounced when we were in it without knocking the door.

Cute apartment and nice neighborhood.

− Said there was a bathtub but it only had a shower.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great, plenty of space, washing machine/dryer, good parking and it was close to everything (shops, cafés, and the beach). Great location, quiet surroundings, and convenient parking. The kitchen were very well equipped. We already miss this place.

The price was great.

− The location appeared to be in a bad area with lots of homeless 2 blocks away. The last morning we found out the the art district is very safe and lots of fun shops within walking distance.
