Communication with property manager was great, however I had to find an alternate place to stay

− Lighting on the porch, clean furniture in the living room, clean headboard in the bedroom, Rug was dirty. Overall space did not feel very clean or welcoming.

− The kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses were not clean. We had to plunge the toilet on several occasions.

− Very unsafe. Several men outside with guns, looking as if they were watching a car that was parked out front and waiting to make a move. They were blocking the stairs to where my family and I would have had to walk up to get to the apartment. I messaged the host and received no reply. No offer of any of my money back. I never even got to bring in luggage or use any of the property. I pulled in the parking lot and right back out.

5.0Location was great, beds were comfy, full kitchen
− Place was smaller than pictures showed. Not a lot of room in living room. Could use a deep clean, cobwebs, popcorn kernels, dingy furniture. The place was HOT when we arrived and, it did not cool down until about 3 AM, which made it difficult to sleep. Reached out to owner several times, and was told it was doing all it could due to the extreme heat. It was 80 outside and 76 in the apartment. Fly traps hanging in the kitchen.
