10.0The site was clean and facilities were good. The situation of the caravan was really quite and peaceful.

9.0We had a lovely stay caravan was very nice, nice And peaceful spot when we got there we had no electric but staff were very helpful in resolving the problem very quick in response we just needed a break away from all life hassels and your caravan and our stay helped to achieve the break we needed.
− The mattress in the double bed was a bit uncomfortable so we slept on the sofa my partner has sleep apina so has a sleep mask but it was not up right enough we tried propping him up with our own pillows and the single bed pillows but because of the mound in the middle section of the bed i kept rolling over and knocking my partners sleep mask and i couldn't get comfortable the settee was comfortable though so all was well in the end .
Disappointed, the staff on the telephone were nice. But overall disappointing.
6.0The property was clean and fresh.
− That the property was right at the back corner of the site. On the first night the boiler didn’t work so there was no hot water, shower or heating. At least there was a fire in the lounge area. The boiler worked intermittently from the next day onwards. There was no plug in the bathroom basin. The mattress wasn’t comfortable and the duvet was so light and not warm enough.
Disappointing.
5.0I wouldn’t stay at in this caravan again.
− Property is outdated, it wasn’t clean. Grill dirty, baking trays dirty, freezer was extremely frozen up with old food left in there. The shower wasn’t clean, Only had a a 10 tog quilt which wasn’t suitable for April. Boiler didn’t work, blinds in bedroom damaged. Saucepans a little dirty. Instead of calling out the property services we just spent as much time as we could out of the caravan as we didn’t want our break having to be spending time with cleaners and maintenance. We left very early on our last day (weekend). This caravan needs a very good deep clean.
